We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic intern to join our team on a 6 month contract basis.

You will join the Global Online team at Jo Malone London as an Intern to support the Executive Director with day to day tasks and admin, plus support the wider team on any work, admin and day to day tasks whilst also learning first hand, what it takes to work within a Global team who work strategically to plan successful online marketing plans, briefs and website development to wider regional teams across the world.

The team are responsible for both the Global Online Marketing and Global Online Web Development for Jo Malone London globally making this an incredible opportunity for a recent graduate to quickly develop skills in modern online marketing and ecommerce techniques whilst working for an internationally recognised brand.

The successful intern will be confident, passionate and friendly with a can do attitude and great communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with industry research, preparation and organisation of teams competitor marketing analysis and articles.

  • Proof reading and creating creative briefing documents for the team as and when is necessary.

  • Proof-reading creative assets supplied by the creative teams and managing the timeline of assets, delivery.

  • Helping the team re-organise Global Online folders and set new processes for tracking of creative asset management and filing of seasonal briefs.

  • Assist in the downloading and uploading of creative files onto our servers and creating a checklist of these files across deadlines.

  • Assist the Online Assistant in packaging up and releasing asset files to Global regions.

  • Constant web-testing and carrying out site audits and checks across our whole Global sites.

  • Carrying out analysis on our sister brands and also competitors.

  • Assist with quality checking our new website design and the QA process.

  • Assisting in day to day tasks such as meeting room booking, organising lunches for team lunch meetings, packaging and sending out any gifting and travel bookings for senior members of the team.

  • Assisting the Executive Director with their day to day work calendar and diary management.



  • Educated to degree level.

  • A keen interest to start a successful career in Ecommerce or online marketing.

  • A creative thinker

  • A team player who will work well in a friendly open working environment.

  • Strong copywriting and organisational skills

  • Wants to work for an international brand.

Nice to haves, but not essential:

  • Working knowledge of Photoshop.

  • Knowledge of using Google Analytics.

  • Prior experience using a CMS.

  • Prior experience or education in Ecommerce, online or digital marketing.
