We lead the marketing and brand communication strategy globally, and grow and protect the brand by executing the defined strategy.

The Marketing & Communications team is part of the Global Marketing & Brand Communications team based in London. They are looking for an experienced marketing professional to join the team.

The successful individual will deliver marketing activity to improve the Credit Suisse brand. They will focus primarily on executing marketing programs to support the employer brand (HR Marketing) and divisional initiatives. This will include the development campaigns including both traditional and digital marketing assets: advertising, content, client communications, email, marketing collateral, social media and websites. They will also provide marketing support for events and sponsorships.

This is a very hands-on position and the team member will be responsible for the end-to-end process, from campaign development to delivery and reporting. The role will require you to work collaboratively with the EMEA and global GMB teams (sharing information, ideas and skills), key stakeholders across the Bank, internal resources and external agencies.

  • 3-5 years of experience in a generalist marketing and brand communications role

  • Proven track record of understanding and delivering marketing activity across the marketing mix

  • Understanding and experience of email marketing and social media

  • A creative eye and excellent attention to detail

  • You should be a self-starter with the ability to work autonomously

  • You will have excellent skills in organization, prioritization and time management

  • Educated to degree level, ideally with a Marketing qualification, with strong PC skills

  • Previous experience within a large financial services organization and experience within B2B client marketing or HR marketing / employer branding function is desirable
