What will you do:

  • To identify new leads and accelerate the leads through the sales cycle, ForeScout is running a Test Drive program: in a short 3-hour event the customer will learn how to configure the ForeScout appliance in real-life use cases to see which benefits it can bring to their organization.

Key for the success of this program is to attract people to register for these events. Registration is driven from various angles: the sales team approaching their contacts, the Channel Partners addressing their customer base and the Sales Development team leveraging both the ForeScout Marketing database as well as external databases. The EMEA Marketing Communication Specialist will be responsible for the invitation and registration process of all 100+ Test Drives in EMEA leveraging our Marketo Marketing Automation tool.

The role includes the communication and alignment with the EMEA Sales Team, the Sales Development team and our Channel Partners.

  • ForeScout is creating and running global multi-touch marketing campaigns in English, either as a generic nurture campaign or as specific campaign in certain verticals like Finance or Healthcare. To increase the effectiveness of these campaign, the EMEA Marketing Communication Specialist needs to localize and execute these ForeScout Corporate Marketing campaigns in EMEA with a focus on UK, Germany, France, Italy and Spain. Objective of these multi-touch marketing campaigns is to qualify leads, after which they can be handed over to our internal EMEA Sales Development team for further sales qualification and set-up an appointment for the ForeScout Sales Representative.

  • Customize collateral and sales tools to support the different languages utilizing corporate content and a local translation agency.

  • Administer the Test Drive programs to drive and monitor the opportunity Pipeline while tracking expenditures and ROI of this program.

What You Bring to ForeScout:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

  • Knowledge on SFDC and Marketo or similar Sales and Marketing Automation tools is a plus

  • Knowledge and experienced user of MS Office tools.

  • Excellent writing skills in English, other languages a plus

  • Self-motivated, detailed and result-oriented person, able to autonomously handle the job

  • Salary and other benefits commensurate with experience and role

  • Depending on the experience of the candidate the role can be executed as a part-time role 4 day per week or a full time role

  • Contract period: May 2018 till February 2019
