Varied and busy administration and co-ordination support role.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Create reports and send them out to relevant stakeholders

  • Liaise with employees to ascertain their project availability and their key strengths

  • Update scheduling systems

  • Issue contracts and extensions

  • Ensure contractors are completing compliance questionnaires

  • Send out handbooks


  • Previous recruitment based experience is useful

  • Administration or co-ordination experience essential

  • Flexible, adaptable and motivated
