We now seek a talented person who is passionate about the role of FM Customer Relationship Manager to join our internal FM team at this very exciting time, as we prepare for our move to our new home on the Cambridge Biomedical Campus. This role will work across AZ sites in Cambridge, London & Luton and therefore location could be flexible.
The successful applicant will work with our supply partners, leaders, teams and staff across the business and in this role will:
Act as single point of contact (SPOC) for the AZ Site Leadership Team for all FM services
Owns all site communications relating to FM
Support Site Leadership Teams operational needs and coordinate activities to enable business objectives to be met
Govern supplier relationships for all FM supply partners
Support delivery of onsite engagement activities
Ensure all compliance, safety, legislative and regulatory requirements are adhered to
Responsible for the management and tracking of site FM budget
Responsible for the collation and accuracy of data relating to the workplace to enable business decisions to be made
Own stakeholder relationship with landlord and other neighbours
Leads on site continuous improvement and innovation initiatives
Contributes to the development and implementation of the area capital investment programme
Builds strong and effective relationships with customers, developing an understanding of their businesses, priorities, preferences and specific needs
Will also take on other project and operational accountabilities within the sites as directed
