As an Account Manager for the iconic TIGI brand you are responsible for a diverse portfolio of Salon only brands Rep, including BED HEAD, BEDHEAD FOR MEN, CATWALK, S FACTOR, COPYRIGHT COLOUR and TIGI EDUCATION.

You are responsible for driving sales and increased market share in the territory. TIGI’s brand mission is to be ‘By Hairdressers, For Hairdressers’ and the Direct Channel, selling directly to salons, is a key focus in TIGI’s strategy for the UK & Ireland, differentiating the company from competitors by providing superior customer service and linking salons to TIGI’s world-class education and creative teams.

  • Achieving targeted sales goals and delivering bottom line profitability

  • Contributing to/delivering promotion, activity and NPD distribution plans

  • Manage relationships with key customers

  • Administrative and Financial responsibilities

  • To communicate and utilise all other departments with TIGI for the development of the business unit


  • Great passion for growth and skills in creative thinking. These will be displayed through examples of where the individual has found creative solutions to problems in a working environment.

  • Great strategic influencing skills, being able to communicate with many different people from varied backgrounds.

  • Target driven with the hunger, willingness and passion to succeed.

  • Team player who will encourage cross-functional collaboration with an ability to also work autonomously and proactively in the field with reliability and honesty.

  • Works well under pressure and with proven time management and prioritisation skills.

  • Proven, strong oral communication and presentation skills, confidence in presenting to internal and external clients, clear and precise.

  • Must be comfortable with travel involved in field management
