Do you want to work for a fast growing firm that impacts the world’s best companies? As an Associate Technology Consultant at Gartner – a global leader in talent solutions – you will develop a deep understanding of Talent Assessment product offerings. You will be part of Central Professional Services (CPS) Technology who are responsible for the technical configuration and delivery of content for clients globally using in-house tools. The Custom Team works on the personalisation of assessment products on Gartner/CEB’s systems.

As an Associate Technology Consultant, you will:

• Build reports and test content on internal systems

• Develop a working knowledge of internal systems and processes

• Work in a cross functional team

• Communicate and share information with other team members

• Create internal relationships within and outside the Central Professional Services department

We’re looking for an Associate Technology Consultant with these skills:

• Able to maintain quality standards of content within a fast-paced environment

• Analytical and commercial work experience

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Able to understand and meet client requirements

• Strong PC skills including thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

• Able to work independently and manage own workload

• Ability to work calmly under pressure

• Detail oriented

• Able to identify and solve complex problems

• Data Entry skills

Desirable Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

• Interest in Technology

• Troubleshooting internal system issues

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• A working knowledge of JIRA or other ticketing systems

• SQL skills

• Ability to use one or more mark-up languages (XML/HTML/CSS)
