In this challenging context of growth, you will have an opportunity for contributing to the Maison Chaumet's strong development for our Selfridges boutique.

As the Chaumet Selfridges Boutique Manager, your role will consist of optimizing the boutique's commercial performance and its profitability by coordinating your team in a constant concern for representing our Maison. Reporting to Europe Retail Management, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the "Maison's" project by carrying out the following missions:

Developing the boutique's sales with a view to attaining commercial targets:

  • Passing the boutique's commercial targets on to the team and coordinating performance criteria.

  • Building up existing customer loyalty and developing a new international clientele

  • Monitoring the quality of reception in the boutique and its commercial attractiveness.

  • Knowing the different collections and making them known, managing special orders and repairs in compliance with company procedures.

  • Being a privileged contact for customers and the guarantor that the company's commercial policy is applied.

    Managing the boutique team:

  • Motivating members of staff: creating real team spirit, informing and coordinating by means of daily meetings

  • Developing the team and making it grow in coordination with the HR/Training team and the Retail Director

  • Managing all the team in coordination with HR and Retail Director: recruiting and integrating new members of staff, assessing performance, and managing any disciplinary problems.

    Piloting the boutique on an everyday level:

  • Analysing the boutique's KPI's, making annual plans of action for developing the boutique's business and drawing up reports on the subject.

  • Participating in drawing up budgets

  • Knowing and covering competitive environment

  • Ensuring the boutique's quality of presentation (visual merchandising, etc.).

    Being the ambassador for the Maison

  • Promoting the boutique on an everyday level both internally and externally

  • Contributing to the project of the Maison via the specialities of your boutique

  • Receiving and developing the clientele of the Maison as well as staff from head-offices.

  • Over ten years' commercial and managerial experience.

  • Leadership, the capacity to coach and develop teams
