Cerner HealtheIntent Consultant in United Kingdom
We at Cerner are focused on enabling our clients to better understand, manage and engage populations to deliver a higher quality of care at a lower cost, and accelerate and support the delivery of new models of care. Our world-leading technology platform aggregates data from multiple sources enabling health and care systems to use this data to identify, score and predict risks, targeting the individual through to population-wide health improvement campaigns and interventions.
Cerner’s Population Health Practice is a new exciting part of our organisation transforming the way care is managed and delivered, using technology to underpin the management of population health across geographies. The Population Health Europe team offers the opportunity to be part of an innovative fast-paced unit with all the rewards and challenges that a start-up opportunity brings.
As a HealtheIntent Consultant you are a key member of the Population Health Europe team. The HealtheIntent Solution is a system-agnostic, near real-time platform, enables organisations to aggregate health data from multiple sources into a single record to support new models of care. The platform enables care providers to access health records anywhere, anytime to proactively engage patients and manage disease and help prevent illness.
As a HealtheIntent Consultant you will be working very closely with the client on requirements gathering, design, build, validation and activation. You will also represent the primary point of contact for the client on design and system functionality, and take the lead on build, validation, and activation activities, client meetings and events. You will drive internal team initiatives. You will also be responsible for updating tasks on the project online sharepoint on a weekly basis, working with the client to obtain data collection materials in a timely manner, tracking the receipt of deliverables, and escalating issues as appropriate. For any issue related to your solutions, you may be the first point of contact during deployment.
