We are currently recruiting for an established Microsoft D365/AX analyst to join our LexisOne support team.
Main purpose of the role:
This challenging role requires strong analysis and diagnostic skills in providing application support on LexisOne our ERP system for Law firms underpinned by Dynamics365 / Microsoft AX.
Playing a major role in assisting the transition of a new product into mainstream support whilst supporting ITIL best practice for Incident/Problem Management, the role offers a unique opportunity to become a domain expert in a new Legal ERP product based on an industry standard Microsoft platform.
Working with internal and external stakeholders, there are broad opportunities to collaborate with our clients and business units alike.
Skills and Experience
We would love you to have:
A high level of Microsoft AX/ D365 certification or a proven track record of skills in this arena to the level of: Microsoft certified Dynamics specialist, Microsoft certified Solutions expert or Associate, Microsoft certified IT Professional / Technology specialist.
Proven analysis and problem solving skills
Proven data interrogation and manipulation skills
Ability to manage multiple incidents effectively
Strong interpersonal, oral, written and consultative skills.
We would like you to have:
Relevant Support or service desk experience
Knowledge & experience of Legal market and / or ERP implementations.
Familiarity with ITIL V3 foundation or associated service management qualifications.
Working in a logical and efficient manner, paying close attention to detail.
