We currently have a great opportunity for a Cash Allocation Clerk within our Shared Service Centre based in Dudley.
The main purpose of this position is to ensure received cash is applied to account accurately and efficiently in a timely manner whilst maintaining the integrity of the sales ledger and ensure cash is applied in line with customer remittances and expectations.
As the Cash Allocation Clerk you will be responsible for the following;
To achieve cash targets in line with expectations
To control and monitor the daily cash allocation
To ensure correct procedures and processes are in place as per guidelines established to allocate cash from customers on a daily basis
Ensure all Client queries are resolved within agreed timeframes
To be considered for the Cash Allocation Clerk position you will ideally have the following;
Excellent IT skills including Word/Excel
Self-motivated, enthusiastic and flexible
Good spoken & written communication skills
Good organisational skills
Proven track record of achieving KPI’s
